What is the 990 Challenge?
The 990 Challenge helps you build lasting habits by tracking 9 daily activities over a 90-day period. Each day, you check off activities like exercise, reading, hydration, and more to build a well-rounded routine.
How do I get started?
Create an account with your email and password, then complete the quick onboarding to learn how the app works. You'll see your daily checklist of 9 activities right away on the Today tab.
What are the 9 daily activities?
The 9 activities cover key areas of personal development including physical fitness, nutrition, hydration, reading, mindfulness, sleep, gratitude, learning, and social connection. Check each one off as you complete it throughout the day.
Can I join a team?
Yes! You can create a team or join an existing one using a team code. Teams have leaderboards so you can see how your progress compares with friends, family, or colleagues. Share your team code to invite others.
Is my data backed up?
Your challenge progress and activity data are stored locally on your device for privacy. Account credentials are stored securely on our servers for authentication. We recommend keeping your device backed up using iCloud.
How do I track my progress?
The Progress tab shows your streak count, completion rates, and a calendar view of your 90-day journey. You can see which days you completed all activities and track your overall consistency.
What happens after 90 days?
After completing your 90-day challenge, you can start a new one! By then, your daily habits should feel natural. Your previous challenge data is saved for your records.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account and all associated data, please email us at akc031185@gmail.com with the subject “Account Deletion Request” and we will process your request within 30 days.
